My Approach

Maitri, which means benevolence or loving kindness to oneself, reminds us that the time we invest in caring for ourselves has the power to cause a great shift in our overall joy, peace and wellbeing. Plus, it impacts our unified energy and the interconnectedness of all living things. Maitri is the foundation of my Ayurvedic practice.

A reverence for one self guides us to a greater love and reverence for all that is.
